Frank Schramm represents and advises companies that provide in- and outpatient health care services throughout Germany on all aspects of business and medical law. In the outpatient sector his clients are mainly specialist group practices, in the inpatient sector his clients include general hospitals and specialist clinics. Mr. Schramm’s expertise covers corporate and labour law, the law governing the medical profession and the laws for statutory health insurance physicians and hospital planning.
Due to his experience in consultancy for providers of in- and outpatient services, Frank Schramm is frequently involved as a contact person when co-operations between the two sectors are planned.
During the last few years, Frank Schramm has developed a new focus of expertise with the support of a team under his leadership which specialises in business and medical law. The team offers comprehensive advice and assistance regarding the sale of medical group practices, particularly those specialising in dialysis, but also of practices specialising in other medical fields, to strategic and financial investors.
