The main focus of the work of attorney and notary Finn-Harm Witt is civil law. As a specialist attorney for tenancy and residential property law, he comprehensively represents the interests of his clients in the entire spectrum of real estate law, including residential property and brokerage law, both in court proceedings and in out-of-court disputes as well as in the drafting of contracts. As a specialist in intellectual property law, he represents the interests of entrepreneurs in the registration, assertion and defense of intellectual property rights. He focuses on the areas of trademark, competition and internet law. He has been admitted as a notary public in the district of Flensburg since 2015 and offers the full range of notarial services, with a focus on real estate law as well as inheritance and succession law.
