Dr. Hartmann joined our law firm in Kiel in 2018. Her main areas of expertise are general civil law and labour law. Her work in the field of labour law covers the entire spectrum of individual and collective employment law with special focus on comprehensive counselling regarding matters pertaining to employee data protection.
Dr. Hartmann is a qualified notary’s assistant. After completing her study of law in Kiel she worked as a scientific research assistant in civil law and civil procedure law. During this period, she gained recognition for her scientific work, especially as an author in the Großkommentar der ZPO von Wieczorek/Schütze. Following her practical legal training in Schleswig-Holstein, Dr. Hartmann was admitted to the profession of attorney at law at the beginning of 2018.
