Axel Riefling works exclusively in the field of civil law with special emphasis on labour law. He represents both employers and employees, especially executives. The focal point of his expertise is advice for and representation of clients in all questions concerning protection for individual employees against dismissal, works constitution law and collective bargaining law. Furthermore, he works on cases which fall under the personnel representation law of the civil service and the law governing church employment relationships.
