Attorney Boike Rabe advises and represents companies, entrepreneurs, shareholders, managing directors, and board members, focusing primarily on commercial and corporate law as well as business law.

His practice includes providing ongoing and structuring legal advice to companies, particularly regarding the formation and restructuring of companies, the drafting of articles of association and investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business succession. Other areas of focus include shareholder disputes, issues of director and officer liability, stock corporation law, as well as corporate governance and compliance.

As part of corporate housekeeping, Mr. Rabe assists companies with ongoing corporate law support, particularly in connection with shareholder and general meetings, resolution-making, and corporate restructuring measures.
