Medical law in Hamburg

Rike Lindberg joined our law firm in Hamburg in February 2023.

Rike Lindberg represents our clients primarily in medical law. The focus of her legal work is on (dental) physician and hospital liability law as well as criminal law in cases of allegations of medical malpractice. In both areas, Ms. Lindberg works exclusively on the side of the treating physician. In addition, she advises physicians and dentists in private practice as well as MVZs in the area of contract (dental) physician law, in the context of which Ms. Lindberg deals in particular with the regulatory requirements of market access (licensing/authorization) as well as the various operational aspects of practice management, e.g. with regard to plausibility/efficiency audits.
