Labour law, IT-law and data protection law in Flensburg

Niklas Reinecker’s practice focuses on employment law and he represents employees and employers in all matters from the beginning to the termination of an employment relationship. This includes in particular the drafting of individual employment contracts, bonus agreements and termination agreements. One of his main areas of interest is also representation in labour court.

Mr Reinecker is also a contact for all facets of data protection and IT law. He supports companies in complying with data protection regulations such as the creation of procedure directories in accordance with the DSGVO and BDSG and assists our clients as a certified external data protection officer. Mr Reinecker is a member of the Flensburg Bar Association and volunteers as an external data protection officer at the Flensburger Segel Club e.V..
