Mr. Bogensee provides comprehensive advice to medium-sized companies in the field of corporate law, particularly in the areas of stock corporation and limited liability company law.

In addition, advising and representing clients in and out of court in all matters of individual and collective labor law as well as social security law is another focus of Mr. Bogensee’s practice.
