Mr. Gloy has been working for our law firm in civil law since 2023.
He focuses on general civil law and contract law. This includes, in particular, sales and service contract law, damage law and tort law. Due to his university training in international commercial law, he is also able to deal with matters with cross-border aspects.
In addition, Mr. Marvin Gloy also deals with inheritance law, with an equal focus on out-of-court and in-court disputes.
In addition to defending against and asserting claims for compulsory portions, this also includes conflicts in communities of heirs involving executors of wills.
