Maj-Kristin Schütte has been working for our law firm in Kiel since February 2024.
During her three years at a law firm specializing in medical malpractice law, among other things, she completed a part-time master’s degree in medical law.
This was followed by work as an in-house lawyer in a company that operates laboratories in Germany and abroad as well as medical care centers.
In our law firm, she advises in particular doctors, dentists and psychotherapists in private practice as well as owners of medical care centers on all legal issues relating to medical practices.
In addition, her advisory services extend to the inpatient sector, in particular the formation of cooperations and hospital planning law.
Ms. Schütte is a member of the Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
