Attorney Boike Rabe advises and represents clients in all matters of commercial, corporate and real estate law. One focus of his work is the ongoing legal advice and support of companies. In doing so, he primarily advises the company management as well as the company’s executive bodies in their internal and external relationships. In addition to drafting complex, multilingual contracts, his focus is on the legal and economic structuring of companies and transactions.
During his legal training, Mr. Rabe worked for several years for renowned international law firms in the fields of corporate law, M&A and maritime business law. He also held positions at a major German securities, commodities and fund exchange, the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) and the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court.
