Arne Bruns joined CausaConcilio in 2009. The focal point of his expertise has always been civil law. He also specialises in business law, particularly the aspects which are also governed by civil law, and in family law.
Mr. Bruns provides comprehensive representation of the interests of his clients, both during court cases and in out-of-court settlements. A further special focus of his expertise is contract design.
As a specialist in family law he advises and represents clients in all types of dispute, such as divorce and its consequences, and assists with the drafting of marriage contracts or separation and divorce settlements.
