Ms. Pia-Marie Spaeter has been working as a lawyer for our firm since 2023 and as a mediator since 2026.
In her legal practice, she focuses on providing dedicated support and advice to her clients, as well as representing them in and out of court, particularly in matters of separation and divorce, property disputes and gains, child and spousal support, and issues of parental custody and visitation rights.
In her legal practice, Ms. Spaeter combines consistent representation of interests with an eye for amicable and sustainable solutions.
As a mediator, Ms. Spaeter offers parties the space to openly address conflicts in a protected setting and to develop sustainable solutions together. Mediation is focused on understanding and sustainability and is open to all topics and areas of conflict.
She also offers mediative counseling for individual parties involved in conflicts.
